Disney has partnered with Lyft to provide a personalized and private service to your destination and Minnie Vans can be requested directly through the Lyft app on your phone.
Number one question: How much does it cost? The Minnie Van will cost you $25 one-way.
Who can use the Minnie Van Service? All guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel.
Can I use it to and from the airport? Yes and no. You may take a Minnie Van from a resort to the airport, but you can not request one from the airport to the resort. Also important to note the airport service is currently only available to guests staying in Deluxe and Deluxe Villa Resorts and will cost $150.
All-in-all I think this is a great extra service Disney offers. Personally, I would not be using it every day to go to and from the parks, but it is a fun novelty to use here and there on a trip. It is a great alternative to having to rent a car. Granted Disney has a great transportation system, but for getting to the miniature golf courses and resort to resort, this is a great option.
