Adventures by Disney: Viva Italia

Best. Trip. Ever.  And I could not mean that any more.  This was the best trip I have ever taken and I can not say enough great things about it.  I do not even know where to start.  The beginning was so polar opposite from the end… so I guess let’s start there.  How did I even end up on an Adventures by Disney vacation?  Simple: Convenience and time. Georgia Peach goes to the Big Apple…. and eats

Now I do not know much about New York, but I do know they have good food, crazy people, and more Instagram worthy opportunities then any city I have traveled.

A birthday weekend for a sweet friend brought me to the city of tall buildings for a cinco de Mayo celebration (or cinco de Maegan as we call it). Travel Tuesday: Palm Beach/Miami, Florida

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary by jetting down to Palm Beach, Florida and Miami Beach. It was a perfect getaway far enough from home (Georgia) to feel special for the occasion, yet not too far that we couldn’t get back quickly if there was an emergency. Yay for staying in the same time zone too! Africa would have been the ultimate destination, but we found a super cool replacement activity while we were in Miami. {More on that later…}
We chose to stay at The Breakers in Palm Beach for its iconic style and luxury. The history and architecture of this place is breathtaking. When we drove through the main gate and through the palm tree lined driveway, I was instantly transported to the playground of the elegant socialites of the 1920’s.
