Icon of the Seas Giveaway

Icon of the Seas has officially made her debut and there are too many amazing things to say about this ship. She has been added to the fleet at Royal Caribbean and is now the largest sailing passenger ship in the world! I have a website devoted to some of the agency exclusive rates we can offer (click here)

The newly redesigned Surfside neighborhood is possibility one of my favorite areas. It has several places to eat (included in your cruise fare), a carousel for all ages, arcade, splash pad and slides for the kiddos, fun bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options and much more! Your family will never have to leave this area… although you need to because it is just the beginning of the options on this ship.

The spaces on this ship are all lush and perfect for hanging out in with your family and friends. Whether it is reading a book or enjoying your favorite beverage, this ship has so much to offer. And if thrills are more your thing, this ship has plenty for you! Rock climbing wall, 6 thrill-filled waterslides, walk on the edge of the ship, surf simulator and MORE!

I’m excited to be able to offer this AMAZING Giveaway! I was able to spend a few days on Icon of the Seas and picked up this beautiful hat (sea blue/green is my favorite color) and cup. You can earn some easy entries by liking my Facebook and Instagram page, visiting the information page I have on Icon and Utopia of the Seas. Lastly, you can get a lot of additional entries when you book a sailing with me.

Universal Studios

Dos and Don’ts of Universal Studios Orlando

There are so many amazing things to do in Orlando, it comes as no surprise it was the #1 destination in 2018.  While I write a lot about Disney World, there is an entirely different world just 20 minutes away: Harry Potter World.  Universal Studios Orlando is best known for Harry Potter and there is good reason for that.  It is 100% worth seeing, even if you are not a Harry Potter fan and even if you have never seen the movies or read the books.  The attention to detail in Diagon Alley and Hogsmead are stunning.  It is immersive and absolutely breathtaking.

Since you might be planning your first visit, let’s go over the Dos and Don’ts of Universal Studios: Orlando. Continue reading “Dos and Don’ts of Universal Studios Orlando”

What age should I take my child to Disney?

Two is better than one.

This is one of the top questions I get and also one of the top debates people have over Disney.  At some point, everyone asks “What age should I take my child to Disney“.  I’m sure if you have talked about Disney at all, you have asked it too.  Some answers I have heard: “Don’t take them until after 5…You want them to remember it” , “Wait until first grade, so they understand it” or “Take them before they are 3, while they are free“.   I am a firm believer Continue reading “What age should I take my child to Disney?”
